Grizzlies Brand Curry Cashew Trail Mix provides the flavor and spice you need to transform an ordinary chicken salad into a flavorful nutritious snack for you and your kids. Enjoy it on sandwhich or eat it as a dip with pita chips.
What you'll need
2 Cups cooked chicken, chopped
1/3 Cup celery, diced
2 T Green onion, chopped
1/2 Cup grapes, halved or quartered
1/2 Cup CURRY CASHEW TRAIL MIX (or more)
2/3 Cup Mayo
2 T Apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 T Curry powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
Step 1
Add chopped chicken, celery, green onions, grapes, and trail mix to a bowl.
Step 2
In separate bowl add mayo, apple cider vinegar, and curry powder, whisk to combine.
Step 3
Pour mayo mixture over chicken mixture. Stir to incorporate. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
Use the finished products as a dip with crackers, or make a wrap or sandwich.
